ENTERTAINMENT CONTRACT:

Mr. Magic, will provide the following services today: 

___ A Simple Magic Show (made for children 12 and under)

___ Games, with prizes

___ Basic Balloons

___ Make a bear workshop & bag craft 

You have contracted for these services for a specific amount of time. He must leave after the scheduled time to go to another job. Payment is for services rendered and not the costume, the costumes are provided free according to appropriate kid’s themes. The costumes are a parody; a parody (a pretender) is a feeble attempt at a humorous imitation. The Prizes (toys) are provided free. He is an independent contractor and not an employee. 

You need to select the number of children you contracted for to participate and gather them together in the selected space for them. It is your responsibility to have the group divided in a seperate area for the start of the show. If you do not do this I will divide the group and take the number of children you contracted for starting with the youngest. 

Note: If a balloon were to pop in a child’s mouth, it could block a child’s windpipe. It is important that a responsible adult closely supervise all children, particularly small children, with balloons. Because I am busy performing, I cannot watch the children to ensure their safety. 

Parent/Guardian, School, Company or Institution takes responsibility for children’s safety. Small items are used for the Make a Bear workshop and young children should be supervised to make sure they do not put these items in their mouth. I have a dispenser for needles, if any adults sew the toys, they need to be sure the needles are put there for the safety of the children. The toys are provided free. 

Please pay, in cash, at the start of the entertainment. The exception is corporate work where other arrangements have been made. Services ordered cannot be changed at the party.
