California Clown School, LLC is a Nevada Company. It is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. The goal of the company is to provide the best clown training in the world under the direction of Hanna Banana.

Hanna Banana teaches people from all over the world to be clowns. The school is held at Circus Circus in Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada. In one of her classes, there was a writer from Japan. She has been contacted by MTV, PBS, Woman’s Day magazine, Parade Magazine and many more. She was featured on Channel 31 in Sacramento, California as one of the 3 clown teachers in the world. She is world famous and one of the reasons for her credibility is the loving care she puts in her work. She is one of the most famous female clowns in history.

Hanna Banana, the artist clown, provides the training that will give you the skills and knowledge to start or work for a clown business. She has been a full time clown for 25 years and has served over 150,000 children in the Stockton, California area. Classes are small and the workshop training is hands on. California Clown School attracts people of all ages and from all walks of life who desire to serve others thru the art of clowning. The classes cover a broad range of topics and subjects. Some of them are basic balloon twisting, elaborate balloon creations, face painting, clown skits and simple magic. Basic business skills, advertising your business, liability insurance, taxes and business licenses are also covered. Health and safety issues for both the clown and the children are emphasized. The student learns the attitudes of clown work and selects the clown costume and clown face that fits his or her personality and character. The class is a 3-day hands on workshop with plenty of work and lots of fun as well.

Completion of the course provides the person with the basic skills and knowledge necessary to be a party clown. A graduate can start their own clown business or work for a clown company and start earning $60 to $100 per hour as a part time professional clown.
