Koziol, aka Hanna Banana, will provide the following services today:
___ Make a bear workshop
___ Bag craft
___ Balloon sculptures
You have contracted for these services for a specific amount of time. She must
leave after the scheduled time to go to another job. If there is a large
number of children for the amount of time scheduled,
the children should be divided into 2 groups, those 8 years old and under
and those 8 to 12 years old. The younger group will be covered first and
then the older children, if there is time remaining.
The Entertainer for the Make a Bear Workshop is there for the children. Adults
are welcome to participate but they must sew the bears themselves so the
Entertainer can interact with the children. They can obtain a needle from the
Entertainer and when done they are to put the needles in a dispenser so they are
not left around for the safety of the children. The payment is for services
rendered and time and not the costume. The costume parody is varied and provided
at no charge according to appropriate kid’s themes. She is an independent
contractor. THE TOYS ARE GIVEN FREE.
Note: If a balloon were to pop in a child’s mouth, it could block a child’s
windpipe. It is important that all children, particularly small children, with
balloons be closely supervised by a responsible adult. Because I am busy
performing, I cannot watch the children to ensure their safety.
Parent/Guardian, School, Company or Institution takes responsibility for
children’s safety. Small items are used for the Make a Bear workshop and young
children should be supervised to make sure they do not put these items in their
mouth. Please pay, in cash, at the start of the entertainment. The exception is
corporate work where other arrangements have been made.
Make a Bear workshop uses small pieces and children three and under must be
supervised by a responsible adult. The toys have been hollowed out by Hanna
Banana.
